Shipping; an extra charge will be applied when your order is to be shipped beyond the contiguous 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska) or requires special handling.

If a product is defective in any way, please call 770-441-3656 to be transferred to a Technical Support Representative to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be valid for 30 days. All returns are subject to the following:
1. All products must be returned in original packaging.
2. Shipping and handling charges refundable for defective products only.
3. Consumables are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation.
